About Epic Games

Epic Games is a video game company and software developer and publisher based in North Carolina. The goal of the company is to create a metaverse where users can connect virtually across multiple types of experiences, including in Fortnite: Battle Royale. Fortnite has seen as many as 44+ million players in a day and is constantly updating experiences to keep players engaged.

My Role

As a UX Designer on the Fortnite team, my role is to create engaging experiences that are intuitive and enhance player satisfaction. I collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers on a day-to-day basis to integrate best design practices into gameplay elements, making sure that each aspect meets feature goals and supports the player's journey through their first or hundredth match.
